UCI unveils 2025 Women’s WorldTour calendar

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Management Committee has approved the 2025 UCI Women’s WorldTour and UCI WorldTour calendars. The decision was made during their meeting held from 10th to 12th June in Aigle, Switzerland, and follows the Professional Cycling Council’s validation on 29th May.

The 2025 UCI Women’s WorldTour will feature 29 events across twelve countries and three continents, offering 84 days of racing. The series will begin in Australia with the Santos Tour Down Under from 17th to 19th January and conclude on the 19th October with the Tour of Guangxi in China. Notably, the Copenhagen Race will make its debut on 21st June.

  • New Races:
    • Copenhagen Race (21 June)
  • Race Name Changes:
    • Giro d’Italia Internazionale Femminile to Giro d’Italia Women
  • Significant Date Changes:
    • Miron Lap van Drenthe: 9 March 2024 to 16 March 2025 (7 days later)
    • Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift: 12-18 August 2024 to 26 July-3 August 2025 (16 days earlier)
    • Tour of Scandinavia: 27 August-1 September 2024 to 19-24 August 2025 (8 days earlier)

The UCI Management Committee’s meeting also addressed key decisions related to road cycling and the sport’s overall development. With the introduction of new races and the continuation of established classics, the 2025 calendar promises to deliver a dynamic and diverse season of women’s professional road cycling.
